Saying Hello to Your Farm Business

After so many years of being employed, I was able to save up a fortune. I always knew some day that I would get out of an 8 to 5 job and start my own farming business. All my friends say that I have a green thumb, as I nurture my own fruit and vegetable garden at home. Whenever I have fresh harvests, I let my family and some friends try some; and the rest – yes, I sell them. That’s just the business person in me. Doing that helped add to the budget I was preparing for my big break in business. I put together a business plan and started researching on the different kinds of farms. I knew through farming, I could contribute a lot. I didn’t want to be another farmer that used pesticides and harmful chemicals. Since more people are into green living, I decided to go into organic farming. Although this is more expensive than a conventional farm, I knew I had a market and a social responsibility.

I didn’t want to use up all of my savings because I read in many financial books that this is not what entrepreneurs do. For the needed equipment, I decided to get a truck loan and other auto loans. I’m lucky as there are many bad credit companies who offer loans targeted to people like me. Without any collateral and without any hassle, my loan got approved within a day. To my surprise, I also got the money I loaned on the same day. So it wasn’t hard to me to purchase the equipment just when I needed them.
